The candidate should have at least Bachelor's degree in Business Management from a reputed university. Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in FMCG Business. Sales supervisors are often responsible for the management of salespersons, cashiers, customer representatives, wholesalers and institutional buyers. The main responsibility of sales supervisor for retail establishments is to guarantee satisfactory service and quality goods to their customers. In addition, they are required to deal with customer's complaints, answer questions, and purchasing issues. Sales Supervisors establish and implement policies, objectives, goals and procedures for their particular departments. Also, they organize activities with other department heads, and continually strive for easy and efficient operations within their floors / departments. Sales Supervisors also clean and organize various shelves and displays, attend to inventory work in stockrooms, inspect merchandise to ensure that nothing is damaged or outdated. In addition, Sales Supervisors coordinate sales promotions, review inventory and sales records, and develop merchandising techniques.
