- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Masters degree in Management/Economics from a recognized University
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in capital market related operations

- Sound knowledge of prevailing laws and regulations related to Nepalese capital markets
- Sound skills on presentation and write up.
Job Description:
- Product development & marketing
- Business acquisition & rendering of quality/timely advisory services
- Undertake financial/technical analysis for logical reasoning

- Render services of Depository in a mutual fund/Depository Participant in a CDS
- Reconciliation of software with the books of accounts
- Assist Company undertake AGM related services from registrar's point of view
