PrimeLife is looking to appoint Head - Corporate Sales with a good background in any service related industry and has strong network with corporates.
The incumbent will be entrusted primarily with the responsibility of increasing PrimeLife's corporate business and to enhance client relationships.
Key skills, Qualification, Experience and Attributes required are as follows:
• Hunger for generating new business, identify revenue opportunities as well as retain the existing ones.
• Committed to achieve Company's business objectives.
• Reviews business plans, identifies gaps and ensure proactive measures to fill capacity to meet set targets.
• Excellent selling capability and an ability as well as desire to coach selling techniques to the team.
• Possess strong analytical skills to understand key business indicators and competitive trends and develop approaches to meet these challenges.
• A self motivated individual with the ability to work in a team.
• Excellent leadership skills, effectively managing and motivating team to perform beyond expectation.
• Detailed oriented with excellent organizing and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Abide by Company policies, rules and regulations.
• Candidate should follow good Corporate Governance within the Company.
• University graduate preferably in Business Management with an experience of 14 years in related industry.
