Prime Life is looking to appoint Branch Managers (BMs) for its Katmandu and Banepa Branches. These BMs will report to respective Regional Managers of the company.
The incumbent will be entrusted primarily with the responsibility of increasing PrimeLife's business and to oversee Sales offices within her/his purview.
Key Skills, Qualifications. Experience and Attributes required are as follows:-
• Hunger for generating new business and also to retain the existing ones.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• University Graduate preferably in Business Management.
• 3- 4 years of experience in life insurance business will be preferred.
• A sell motivated individual with the ability to work independently.
• Detail oriented with strong planning and organizational skills.
• Candidate should follow good Corporate Governance within the company.
• Leadership skills to lead marketing sales teams.
