Requirements:
1) Rural Finance Specialist
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in bank or financial institutions or development agency in institutional credit and rural financing activities and MBA/MBS or equivalent degree with age not exceeding 35 years.

2) Internal Auditor
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience and BBA/BBS or equivalent degree or CA Intermediate/ ACCA part qualified with training period completed and age not exceeding 30 years.

3) Credit Analyst
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience & BBA/BBS or equivalent degree or 1 year of experience with MBA/MBS or equivalent degree and age not exceeding 30 years.

4) IT In-charge
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience and BCA/BCS or equivalent degree or 1 year of experience with MCA/MCS or equivalent degree and age not exceeding 30 years.

5) Accountant/Credit Assistan
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience and BBA/BBS or equivalent degree and age not exceeding 28 years.
