Description:
- Plan, manage and direct work activities and work delegation for all Maruti Suzuki workshop service outlets in Nepal.
- Overall responsibility to implementation and maintaining Service Quality Standard (SQS)
- Research catalogues, check prices, order and make direct purchases of equipment, parts and fuel; make work assignments, set priority for the maintenance and reviews the work of sub-ordinates, maintenance personnel; conduct performance evaluations recommend hiring and discipline of subordinate employees.
- Observes and enforces safety regulations; prepares reports on equipment utilization and status of projects; attends meeting and training sessions; approves the purchase of supplies and parts.
- Advise dealers and distributors on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business.
- Ensure that dealership outlets comply with the approved CI standards on a timely basis
- Record and compile customers response about the products and prepare graphs, charts, and reports as requirement basis
- Categorize, transcribe and advocate for the implementation of Service Quality Standard of the products based on knowledge of business objectives and market characteristics.
- Ensure to identify analysis and resolve any of the customers’ complaints regarding sales and product
- Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement
- Confer with customers to obtain descriptions of vehicle problems, and to discuss work to be performed and future repair requirements.
- Test drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using equipment such as infrared engine analyzers, compression gauges, and computerized diagnostic devices.
- Handle all matters related to the warranty claims of the vehicles.

Description:
- Main responsibility is to set up pre-owned vehicle’s separate business unit and manage, direct, coordinate for smooth business operation.
- Valuate the pre-owned vehicles as per the True Value policy and procedure.
- Ensure proper documentation of all the valuation process and supporting documents.
- Follow up existing customer owning old vehicles to buy back their vehicle through attractive schemes.
- Coordinate with ‘scheme preferred customers’ for the vehicle inspection and inspect accordingly.
- Ensure to timely account settlement of the vehicle and arrange it to be adjusted against the purchase of new vehicles.
- Ensure the proper documentation of vehicles to be purchased under true value policy and are free from the hassles and negative records.
- Negotiate and purchase old vehicles from customers and coordinate with concerned authority to offer/sell them a new vehicle.
- Ensure proper maintenance of the pre-owned vehicle before re-selling these to the customers.
- Provide assistance to accounts department for customers account reconciliation's.
- Follow up with the banks/ finance institutions and the customers for collections of outstanding dues, loan processing, site visits and name transfers.
- Prepare a variety of status reports, including sales activity, vehicle ageing, debtors list etc.
- Establish and maintain current and potential client list and follow up for potential sales.
- Co-ordinate with the all relevant unit/department/outlets for appropriate marketing and sales activities, production promotion advertisements etc.
