The Fred Hollows Foundation (FHF) is an Australian non-profit, secular, non-government organization (NGO) established in 1992 with a vision for a world where no one is needlessly blind. Since 1992, FHF has worked with local blindness prevention agencies and health providers in 38 countries in Asia, Africa and the Pacific as well as with Indigenous communities in Australia. FHF is a member of the International Agency for the Prevention of Blindness (IAPB) and the VISION 2020 Task Force.
In Nepal, FHF has a long history of collaborating with Tilganga Institute of Ophthalmology (TIO) to alleviate avoidable blindness in Nepal and internationally. In future, FHF and TIO are planning to collaborate with other selected eye health care providers in Nepal.
It is looking for a qualified person to oversee the development and implementation of effective financial management and accounting policies, processes and systems for FHF projects in Nepal for following position:
