Handicap International (HI) is an independent and impartial international aid organization working in situations of poverty and exclusion, conflict and disaster. In Nepal, HI has been present since 2000. As part of DRM activity component, Handicap International plans to set up roster and early deployment plan for mobilizing health human resources in mass causality management in Kathmandu Valley following an earthquake.
