Educational Description:
  • Should have completed Intermediate level with call centre experience or Bachelors degree will be preferred

Job Specification:

  • Good command over Nepali and English  languages
  • Team player and ability to work in an Odd- hours
  • Should be able to work under pressure
  • Should be good in computer applications

Job Description:

  • Call customers and conduct surveys
  • Escalate customer complaints
  • Report writing on surveys
  • Other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor

  • Call Centre Experience
