Job Vacancy - Mobile Payment Solution Company

One of the newly established Mobile Payment Solution Company requires a qualified candidate to be the part of their team.

HR & Administration Manager

Responsibilities:
• General Office Administration
• Creating and administering new employment contracts
• Maintain evaluation and appraisal system for employees
• Maintain attendance record, holidays, sick-leaves, etc.
• Maintain Payroll, benefits system, etc.
• Proper management of staff at office premises
• Ensure effective implementation of company's staff rules & regulation

Requirements:
• Graduate or post-graduate preferably specialization in HR Management / Admin
• Minimum 7 years of experience in similar role
• Male / Female with age between 35 yrs to 45 yrs
• Sound Knowledge of Nepal Labor Law
• Fluent English [Both Spoken &Written)
• Quick Learner & Team Player
• Authorative, Self-Starter, Self-Motivated
• Good Sense of Humor with business Acumen
