For Marketing Manager

Educational Qualification:

• Preferably an MBA graduate with atleast 2 to 3 years experience

Job Specifications:

• Fluent in both and spoken and written English
• Have knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts

• Be able to respond well to pressure
• Think creatively
• Work well with wide variety of people

Job Description:

• Monitoring and analyzing market trends
• Studying competitors' products and services
• Exploring ways of improving existing products and services, and increasing profitability
• Identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them
• Preparing and managing marketing plans and budgets
• Managing the production of promotional material
• Liaising with other internal departments such as sales and distribution
• Producing reports to monitor results
• Presenting findings and suggestions to company directors or other senior managers
• Traveling to trade shows, conferences and sales meetings

Other Specific Requirements:

• 40 hours a week, between the hours of 9am and 5 pm. 
• Work will involve desk-work, marketing but may be expected to attend a lot of meetings and trade shows. High standard of personal presentation is expected.
• 25,000 Per month starting Salary.

For Sales Manager

Educational Qualification:

• Completed B.Com or Diploma with 5 years experience in related field

Job Specifications:

• Good communication and convincing skill
• Excellent sales and negotiation skill
• The ability to motivate and lead the team
• Fleuncy in written and spoken skill

Job Description:

• Plan, organize, direct and control sales staff to meet these objectives
• Handle complaints from customer
• Conduct sales meetings
• Maintain a self development program
• Involve in customer follow up
