BIJAM an NGO has been implementing a "Comprehensive HIV & AIDS program for IDUs in the Parsa, Bara & Makwanpur district under GFATM Grant. BIJAM invites application from experienced and qualified professional for the position of Monitoring & Evaluation Officer with the following requirements and responsibilities.
Brief Responsibilities:
• Support in project designing and planning, monitoring and evaluation of GFATM project in all the 3 districts
• Take a lead role in capacity assessment and development of the staffs, volunteers and other sectors.
• Strengthen and ensure regular dialogue with the stakeholders regarding harm reduction program to establish strong coordination and linkage.
• Ensure proper, complete and quality reporting, documentation and on sight data verification.
• Prepare and analysis monthly/ Trimester report, progress update

Qualification
• Bachelor in Social Science and equivalent with minimum 2 years of working experience in the field of HIV /AIDS in supervisory level.
• Having worked in the field of monitoring and evaluation field
• Skill on data management, documents and quality assurance.
• Good knowledge of government structure and HIV related policies, strategy and procedures.
• Ability to take responsibility and function independently
• Good in English and Nepali writing and speaking
• Good skills on computer application (MS Office Package)
