The Government of Nepal (GON) has been implementing Strengthening Planning and Monitoring Capacity of NPC Project ( SPMC/NPC) sicne October 2009 with the support from the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). The overall objective of this project is to strengthen the capacity of he National Planning Commission for Results oriented, MDG based and Gender and social inclusion responsive planning and monitoring system.
