Job Title : Country Manager Donor : Islamic Relief Worldwide, UK
Term : 3 Month
Contract Salary : Competitive (with possible extension)
Required Skills and Experience:
Education: Masters degree of equivalent in Political Science, International Law, Economics, International Development/Relations, Public Policy, or related field.
Experience:
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience working with International/Local agencies, in both public and private sectors.
• Excellent inter-personal skills; demonstrated precision and clarity in report and proposal writing .
• Demonstrated executive/managerial skills with experience in working with large groups in complex environments. Excellent organizational, analytical and problem solving skills and highly knowledgeable in a wide range of development programs/policies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex budgets, provide strategic planning and developing staff. Experience working in emergency environments is an added asset.
Languages: Fluency in spoken and written English and Nepali is required.
