• Qualified for Department Head, as per provision of Insurer's Corporate Governance Directives -2069 

• Gained practical experience under HR / Admin Department 

• Proven leadership in handling high level tasks in related field of work 

• Good communication skill with command over English & Nepali (written and spoken) 

• Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office applications
