Mobile Marketing Assistant Job Purpose: Perform public relations functions with special focus on travel agents with an objective of achieving company sales goals. 

Mobile Marketing Assistant Job Duties: 

• Maintain cordial relations with all concerned travel agents. 

• Visit travel agents regularly to update/maintain commercial relations among agents and company.

• Understand problems of travel agents' in relation to company's product and make efforts to sort out the problems amicably. 

• Understand the needs of travel agents' and work out ways of satisfying them.

• Negotiate with travel agents on agency commissions/discounts as per company policies. 

• Compile PR related information and convey the same to the direct supervisor. 

• Coordinate with reservations on seat availability and urgent requirement of travel agents. Required 

Qualifications/Skills: 

• Minimum intermediate level in any discipline. Preference will be given to applicants with Bachelor's Degree. 

• Should be experienced in using business application such as MS Word, Excel, Email and Internet. 

• Able to interact with internal/external individuals/organizations extensively. 

• Excellent and effective written & oral English & Nepali communication and interpersonal skills are required. 

• Customer Focus, Customer Service, Building Relationships, Problem Solving and Multi-tasking
