Job Position: Human Resource Manager 
Job Description: 
• Developing HR planning strategies with line managers by considering immediate and long-term staff requirements. 
• Look after the recruitment process. 
• Drive organizational growth and performance through organizational design, leadership & career development, performance management and talent retention program. 
• Deal with complex disciplinary/grievance and HR issues, using HR and company knowledge evidencing appropriate decision making skills 
• Manage and update HR database and provide continuous improvement on HR matters. 
• Develop cost effective HR solutions to business problems.
• Implementation of new HR policies procedures and processes. 
• Strong understanding of Nepal Labor Law. 
• Others duties as assigned. 

Qualification: MBA in Human Resources from reputed University with excellent grades. 
Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in related fields.
