Pact, Inc., a non-profit organization based in Washington DC, is implementing an USAID-funded project, "Sajhedari Bikaas", aimed at strengthening communities in the Mid- and Far-West Regions of Nepal. Pact is looking for highly competent Nepali citizens for the following position to be based in Nepalgunj or Dhangadhi. Pact's mission is to help build strong communities globally that provide people with an opportunity to earn a dignified living, raise healthy families, and participate in democratic life.
Job Position: Senior Regional Program Manager (SRPM)

Minimum Qualifications:
• Masters degree in social science or equivalent in relevant field.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience working/managing grants to NG0s. Relevant fields include women's empowerment, micro-finance, local governance, conflict mitigation, and participatory community program design and implementation.
• Program experience in implementing USAID programs or similar programs with other international donors. • English fluency, both in written and verbal.
• Expertise in women's economic empowerment highly desirable.
