Job Title: Sales Representative Grade IV 
Dept.: Sales
Reporting to: Sales Manger

Must have: 
· Own two wheeler and driving license 
· Willingness to travel & relocate at any place of Nepal
KEY REQUIREMENTS
· Age: below 26 yrs. 
· Should be ready to relocate anywhere in Nepal and willing to travel
· Requirements BBA/BBS (Specialization in marketing and sales will be given preference)
· 1-2 yrs. of experiences preferably in paint industry; Fresher’s can also apply. 
Salary Package 
· Before confirmation: 18.5 K gross Monthly plus other benefits. (Conditions apply) 
· After confirmation: 24 K gross monthly (conditions apply) with other benefits plus performance incentives. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 
· Build & manage trust based long term relationships with dealers 
· Identify & Develop new streams for revenue growth & maintain relationships with customers. 
· Analyze & review the market response/ requirements. 
· To plan trade schemes & promotions & monitor implementation of the same. 
· Meeting sales targets. 
· Managing promotional activities. 
· Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers. 
· Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints. 
· Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups. 
· Analyzes the territory/market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customer’s value to the organization. 
· Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

· Good knowledge of spreadsheets and database.
