Job Title: Corporate Sales Officer
Job Level: Entry

Location: Kathmandu
Working Hours: 9:30 to 6:30
Salary: Minimum 20,000

Job Purpose: To deal with corporate clients from finding out prospective clients till the closing of the deals with them
Job Contents: Duties and Responsibilities
1. Initiating sales to corporate houses by scheduling appointments and conducting field visits
2. Receiving/Sending proposal to/from clients and proceed further as per requirements
3. Searching for potential clients through cold calls
4. Explaining products and services specialties, convincing the clients to purchase the products and closing the deals
5. Handling the call of customers and dealing with the customers visiting the office
6. Following up with clients and preparing daily reports to submit to the director
7. Updating the database of clients periodically
8. Making follow ups for the payment collection and ensuring that the payments are collected timely
9. Ensuring the clients receive proper service regarding delivery and installation of the products
10. Carrying out tender procedures such as initiating search through mails and newspaper, filling the tenders, following up of tenders and fulfilling required procedures after finalizing the tenders
11. Filing the documents of tender, quotation, references, purchase order, project, etc.
12. Listing of the company in banks for tender purpose
Job Requirements/Specifications
Minimum Qualifications Required: At least Bachelors pass with specialization in marketing
Minimum Experience Required: At least two years of experience in sales department preferably in air conditioning company
Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Nepali and English
Knowledge Requirements:
· Should have good knowledge of air conditioners like size, energy consumption, etc
· Should have good knowledge on proposal writing
IT Skills Required
· Sound knowledge of MS Office
· Should have a good knowledge of Internet and email
Other Requirements
· Should have good communication skills
· Should have patience while dealing with customers
· Should have skills in tackling questions of the customers and clients
· Should be confident and have ability to take quick decisions
