1. Front Desk Assistant

2. Event Manager

For Front Desk Assistant 
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Handle telephone/email inquiries and visitors.
- Organize teacher’s schedule.
- Billing and fees collection.
- Other jobs assigned by the school.

JOB SPECIFICATION:
- Should have completed + 2 in any discipline.
- Have fluency in English both oval and written.
- Should have a good communication skill.
- Should have knowledge of Secretarial job.
- Should have excellent computer (Microsoft office) skill.
- Should be a team player and have a passion to grow as professional. 

JOB OVERVIEW:
POSITION TYPE: can apply for part time or full time job. 

For Event Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Managing events, concerts and other promotional activities of KJC.
- Finding sponsors for KJC major events and prepare proposals and budget.
- Promoting KJC activities, classes, workshops and master-classes.
- Other Job and duty assigned by the school. 

JOB SPECIFICATION:
- Should have completed Bachelors degree.
- Good in PR and communication skill
- Have fluency in English (oral and written).
- Computer literate (in Microsoft office, Photoshop and handle social media etc.)
- Should be a team player and have a passion to grow as professional
- Should have license to two-wheeler (motor bike).

POSITION TYPE: Full time (12 pm to 7pm)
EXPERIENCE: 1- 2 years.
SALARY: as per company rules
