- Assist HR Manager in designing Job Description
- Update the organizational structures as and when required
- Responsible for sourcing of suitable candiates for available positoins and identifying suitable recruitment channels
- Design recruitment advertisements. Announce vacnacy notices in job portals and other media
- Screens applicants, meets walk-in applicants, collect and assesses CVs
- Conduct reference checks
- Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time
- Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures & techniques are followed
- Maintain a proper file of CVs collected and forward to the departmental heads for evaluation & inteviews
- Schedule inteview and ensure that feedback is collected from the interviewers
- Take interviews whenever required
- Send inteview feedback to the candidates
- Maintain an active and organized data bank of applicants for various positions
- Generate recruitment related reports
- Create and maintain employee files
- Obtain monthly performance appraisal of incubments for the concern managers
- Track the end of probation/contract period of employees and initiate the process for renewals and permanent appointments
- Coordinate induction process
- Report to the HR Manager
- Perform any other jobs assigned by HR Manager
