Educational Qualification:- Masters in Engineering or Architecture with minimum 5 years of professional experience, preferably in private sector or,
- Bachelor in Engineering or Architecture and Masters in Business Administration, Sociology or Commerce with minimum 7 years of professional experience, preferably in private sector or,
- Diploma in Engineering or Architecture, graduate in commerce or management and MBA or M.Com with minimum 10 years of professional experience in private sector.

Job Description:
- Be responsible to the Executive Committee and work directly under the guidance of the President and the General Secretary
- Prepare annual work plan, budget and get it approved by the executive committee.
- Be present in the EC,Sub-Committees and Cell Meetings and prepare minutes of the meeting.
- Conduct the activities according to the work plan and budget in co-ordination with EC and sub-committees.
- Make correspondences with the government agencies, NGO/ INGO,Professional Societies, FIDIC, TCDPAP, consulting firms' association of foreign countries etc. on behalf of SCAEF
- Coordinate with the stakeholders in organizing and managing the training,workshops, seminars, discussions etc.
- Organize SCAEF Forum every month or as indicated in SCAEF calendar
- Organize Annual General Body Meeting and assist President, General Secretary and Treasurer in preparing SCAEF Annual Report
- Organize meetings with government agencies, NGO/ INGO, professional societies in relation to the SCAEF activities
- Work to establish SCAEF Documentation Cell and prepare Standard Document
- Coordinate with the member firms in implementing various activities, collecting membership fee and raising other funds.
- Coordinate with Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport in getting the Consultancy Development Act prepared.
- Coordinate and involve the Friends of SCAEF in specified activities.
- Write proposals to be submitted to the international donor organizations in obtaining funds for carrying out studies, surveys, training and organizing workshops/seminars
- Coordinate with EC and the concerned members on assuring representation of SCAEF in various meetings, workshops, seminars etc.
Remuneration and Benefits:
Remuneration and other benefits shall commensurate with the competence and versatility of the candidate.
Initially,the contract shall be made for a period of one year initially and upon the successful accomplishment,the contract may be renewed for another two years.
