Nepal Electronic Payment Systems Limited, a company promoted by a group of banks, is looking for a young and dynamic candidate for the following post Position:
Responsibility:
• Establishment and Management of the company.
• Formulate Business plans and policies.
• Human Resource Management.
• Prepare REP for Card Switching Systems required for the company.
• Implementation of the systems, UAT and Data Migration.
Knowledge/Skills & Abilities:
• Must have more than 10 years of work experience in Card Business.
• Should have worked as the Head of Card Department or in the Managerial level in Card Department.
• Should have sound knowledge on Visa and MasterCard
• Should posses sound knowledge in Dispute Resolution.
• Should posses sound knowledge in Card Operation Systems and Reconciliation.
• Must have implemented Card Switching Systems in commercial bank in Nepal
• Should have an ability to lead the team and achieving the Company's objectives at the earliest.
• Should be able to prepare the required RIP for the company independently.
• Should be able to train the staffs of the company.
Must Be:
• A Nepalese citizen.
• Should have at least a Graduate level degree.
• Age preferably should not exceed 40 years.
