Gforce Systems & Technologies (GFST), an innovative and dynamic IT firm based in Kathmandu, is seeking a skilled web design and development all rounder to be a key team player in their development team and provide front and back-end development solutions to several of their key clients.
Job Position: Web Developer

The chosen applicant must have/be able to:
• Superior knowledge of coding technologies including HTML5/XHTML, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, JSON, DOM Scripting Software Development, PHP, Flash etc
• Work closely with Project Managers and other members of the Development Team to both develop detailed specification documents with clear project deliverables and timelines, and to ensure timely completion of deliverables
• Develop site content and graphics by coordinating with copywriters and graphic artists; designing images, icons, banners, audio enhancements, etc.
• Prepare site by installing and configuring server software; installing programming language using authoring and formatting tools; ensuring cross-platform compatibility; establishing links
• Upgrade site by updating content and graphics; monitoring performance and results; identifying and evaluating improvement options; introducing new technology; maintaining links
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain excellent coding standards
• Ability to work in a team and independently and meet deadlines
• Self-starter with strong self-management skills
• Good written, verbal, presentation and teamwork skills
• Good attitude and strong work ethic
• Demonstrated capabilities in presenting ideas written and orally are required
• Bachelor’s degree in web related field preferred or equivalent experience
