Upperlative Solution Pvt. Ltd. is a full service IT & Brand Solution Company in Kathmandu. Founded in early 2010, we are a fast growing creative team of web designers and web developers. Most of our clients are from Europe (focus German speaking market) but we serve clients in Nepal and other countries overseas as well.
Upperlative Solution Pvt. Ltd. has currently two openings:

1. Experienced Wordpress Programmer
2. Experienced Web & Graphic Designer

For Experienced Wordpress Programmer 
Upperlative is looking for a qualified Wordpress & PHP programmer who is confident in editing/customising free and commercial Wordpress templates, converting unique PSD-layouts into Wordpress themes and adjusting/customising free/commercial Wordpress modules as well as writing own modules for Wordpress.

Major Tasks:
- Responsible to code pre-made Adobe-Photoshop files (PSD) into valid CSS, xHTML and develop themes for Wordpress
- Customise free and commercial Wordpress modules
- Develop complete customised Wordpress modules for individual clients

Required Skills:
- Knowledge and excellent working experience with Wordpress
- Knowledge/Working experience of Adobe Photoshop
- Fluency in English is mandatory, since our office corresponding language is English
- Should have Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar
- Minimum 2 years of proven web programming/developing experience in Wordpress / PHP
- Accuracy is essential
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure is essential
- Punctuality is very important

Plus points:
- Knowledge in any other Open Source CMS and/or eCommerce solutions such as Drupal, Joomla, Typo3, Magento, Oxid, XT: Commerce, etc. would be a very strong asset
- Experience with multilingual Wordpress website would be an asset
- Web design experience is a strong asset
- Experience/knowledge in Adobe Suite and Corel is an asset
- Knowledge of any other European language would be an asset

For Experienced Web & Graphic Designer 
Upperlative is looking for a qualified Web & Graphic Designer who is confident in creating unique web layouts in Adobe Photoshop as well as logos, corporate identities, print designs and various marketing materials. Candidates should be familiar with entire Adobe Suite and/or Corel.

Major Tasks:
- Creating AdobePhotoshop-files according to web standards based on briefings and/or mockups
- Developing brand concepts and corporate identities
- Logo designs in Adobe Illustrator or Corel
- Creating brochures/booklets/flyers in Adobe InDesign and/or Illustrator depending on client requirements

Required Skills:
- Creativity with a good feeling for colours, space and fonts
- Knowledge and good working experience with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- should have Bachelor's degree in Design, Communication, Marketing or Computer Science
- minimum of 2 years proven designing experience
- Fluency in English is mandatory, since our office corresponding language is English
- Accuracy is essential
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure is essential
- Punctuality is very important

Plus points:
- HTML/CSS knowledge/experience will be a strong asset
- Marketing background will be a strong asset
- Organisational skills are an advantage
- knowledge in Wordpress/Drupal will be an asset
- Knowledge of any other European language would be an asset
