Candidate who has worked in the related field for at least two years after obtaining the professional certificate of company secretary issued by a native or foreign body authorized to issue the professional certificate of company secretary pursuant to the prevailing law or who has worked in the related field or in the field of company management for at least five years after doing at least bachelor degree in law, management, commerce or economics. Preference will be given to the candidate working at Senior officer level in commercial bank.
For Senior Officer - Branch Manager
Master Degree in Management or equivalent degree from reputed university with minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial Banking or Bachelor’s degree in Management or equivalent degree from a reputed university with minimum 5 years of experience in Commercial Banking. Preferably having experience of handling branch independently as an Officer or above. Age should not exceed 40 years by the end of 2069 BS.
For Officer - Branch Manager
Master Degree in Management or equivalent degree from reputed university with a minimum 2 years of experience in Commercial Banking or Bachelor's degree in Management or equivalent degree from a reputed university with minimum of 4 years of experience in Commercial Banking. Preferably working as Junior Officer or above in the areas of Credit and/or Marketing and/or Trade and/or Operations. Age should not exceed 35 years by the end of 2069 BS. The candidates may also be placed in the position of branch head.
For Junior Officer
Master Degree in Management or equivalent degree from reputed university with minimum 1 year of experience in Commercial Banking or Bachelor's degree in Management or equivalent degree from a reputed University with minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial Banking in the areas of Credit and/or Marketing and/or Trade Finance and/or Operations preferably working as a Supervisor equivalent job position or above. Age should not exceed 35 years by the end of 2069 BS.
For Supervisor
Bachelor's degree in Management or equivalent degree from a reputed university with minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial Banking in the areas of Credit and/or Marketing and/or Trade Finance and/or Operations and preferably working as a Senior Assistant or above. The candidate may also be placed in the position of branch head. Age should not exceed 32 years by the end of 2069 BS.
For Senior Assistant
Bachelor's Degree in Management or equivalent from a recognized university with minimum second division marks. Candidates must have minimum 2 years of experience in financial institution. Age should not exceed 30 years by the end of 2069 BS.
For Assistant
Bachelor's Degree in Management or equivalent degree from a recognized university with minimum 50% marks or 3.00 CGPA. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in financial institution. Age should not exceed 28 years by the end of 2069 BS.
For Assistant Trainee
Bachelor's Degree in Management or equivalent degree from a recognized university with minimum 50% marks or 3.00 CGPA. Age should not exceed 25 years by the end of 2069 BS.
Application without disclosure of age and marks/percentage/CGPA for each level of degree from SLC/equivalent onwards shall be disqualified.
Preference will be given to suitable local candidates or candidates from the surrounding areas of the branches. All candidates are expected to be proficient in written/spoken Nepali and English and be computer literate with a working knowledge of office applications.
