The Fulbari Resort is a 5-Star resort compromising of 165 rooms, including 15 suites, with sweeping Himalayan and wide river canyon views.  Spread out over 50 acres of terraced plateau of the Green Canyon above the Seti River Gorge, the resort also features a 9-hole executive golf course, Spa, and Casino.

For Sales and Marketing Manager/Executives
Educational Qualification:
B.A. in Hotel Management or equivalent
Or,
Masters in Hospitality or B.A. a plus but not required

Prior Experience:
Experience of working in Nepal Star hotels highly recommended. Applicants from the Travel Trade and similar related sectors also recommended. B2B or B2C experience from sectors selling services to large corporate houses also sought after.

Job Specifications:
- Computer skills: Must be adept in use of MS Office 2000 or later, particularly Excel and Word, and ideally Access or similar database to basic level, Internet and email.
- Management Ability: Staff management, responsibility and opportunity could grow with the development of the business. Prior experience in leading teams and people-management skills, experience and natural ability is required.
- Personality: Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit. A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance. Mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with senior big company executives. Reliable, tolerant, and determined
Well presented and businesslike. Sufficiently mobile and flexible to travel within S. Asia when directed. Keen for new experience, responsibility and accountability. Able to get on with others and be a team-player.
- Business and Selling Skills: Must be an excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator. Able to demonstrate success and experience managing major accounts customers and large contracts or even a business, particularly achieving genuine sales development.
Ideal background would be in hospitality services; experience in MICE with extensive contacts among the travel trade and corporate sectors also preferred.
-Literacy and Numeracy: Able to understand profit and loss calculations and basic business. Must be a very competent writer of business letters, quotations and proposals.
- Mobility: Domestic situation must allow occasional travel outside of home station to different regions in S. Asia.

Job Description:
To lead a Sales and Marketing Team in promoting property, completing sales, and conducting PR activities for The Fulbari in the inbound/corporate markets.

- Able to communicate and motivate via written media.
- Understands and can carry out activities such as marketing and advertising.
- Setting sales forecasting and sales targets.
- Performing research on market conditions, pricing, and competitor environment.
- Coordinating guest experience between Sales and Operations teams
- Customer development
- Appreciates need for consistency within company's branding and marketing mix.
- Evaluate, motivate, and reward subordinates in achieving overarching goals.
- Meet sales targets/ Generate leads/ Convert Leads into Business/ Cold Call/Develop Potential Clients Database. Strong interpersonal and communication skills

For Executive Chef/Sous Chef

UG QUALIFICATION: in Hotel Management or equivalent
PG QUALIFICATION: N/A

- Lead the management of Kitchen Operations, including menu planning and costing, organizing special events
- Developing new dishes, maintaining food quality standards and comprehensive product knowledge
- Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures
