For Program Assistant
Educational Qualification:
  • Completed Bachelor level
  • Should have minimum a year experience in related field
Job Specifications:
  • Good communication and administrative skill

Job Description:
Assist the Program Unit in delivering programs on a timely and effective manner. 
  • Make promotional materials (Flyer, Newsletter etc)
  • Announce and market programs as and per plan.
  • Coordinate with Admin for logistic arrangement of trainers (hotels, travel and training materials).
  • Build a good rapport with the clients to ensure delivery of programs in a cohesive manner. 
  • Assist the Program Officer to improve the delivery of programs through continuous feedback on programs. 
  • Liaise and build up a rapport with vendors (Photographer, Stationary supplier, travel agents, hotels etc) for acquiring a good service.
  • Carry out other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
For Admin / Finance Assistant

Educational Qualification:
  • Completed Bachelor level
  • Experience in related field will be an added advantage

 Job Description:
Assist the Administration and Finance Department in smooth operation of organization tasks.
  • Collect quotations from different suppliers, prepare comparative chart and recommend for selection of vender services. 
  • Purchase/acquire approved office supplies / goods / equipment from the suppliers and make sure they are available when required. 
  • Maintain office inventory and manage store effectively.
  • Ensure quality goods are supplied by the suppliers.
  • Record office supplies, vehicle, furniture and equipment in the stock ledger and bin card properly.
  • Issue official items to the concern programs on demand and keep record properly.
  • Make sure that all the bills of electricity, telephone, fax, email and drinking water have been paid timely.
  • Ensure timely payment to the all the parties. 
  • Record all business transactions and maintain cash disbursement and cash receipt logs;
  • Maintain computer records of all budgets, income/expenditure statements and other relevant financial accounts;
  • Prepare TDS statement, submit E-TDS, VAT report.
  • Process all the day to day financial transactions (raise vouchers and input in the system).
  • Reconciliation of Cash Book, bank accounts etc. 
  • Handling of Petty cash and reconcile the same on a daily basis.  
  • Provide financial reports as when required by the supervisor/ CEO.
  • Extend help in preparing the audit report.
