Association of District Development Committees of Nepal (ADDCN) is a representative Institution of all seventy-five DDCs. ADDCN has been working national and international fronts in promoting autonomous, efficient and transparent local government. A Natural Resource, Energy & Environment Unit (NaREE) is established in order to play an active role in advocacy and lobbying in the areas of decentralized planning and management of natural resources, specifically rural energy and environment sectors as the district development initiatives.
