Job Position: EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO CHAIRMAN
Job Location: Kathmandu

The incumbent shall be responsible for carrying out the following functions:
- Prepare summary extracts of reports/proposals
- Prepare background notes on the economy, banking industry and related laws, regulations, rules and policies
- Prepare draft memorandums and letters
- Manage calls, meetings and schedules
- Correspond with internal and external parties
- Mail management
- Archiving
- Transcribe notes
Prerequisites: Master's degree in any discipline but preferably Business/Finance/Management/ Accountancy from a recognized university.
Age should not exceed 35 years as of July 25, 2014.
Candidates should possess mature demeanor, good written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English and Nepali and should have pleasant personality; and are expected to have basic knowledge of the banking industry and economic issues. Candidates should be computer literate with a working knowledge of office applications and typing skills in Nepali and English; and should be a Nepali citizen.
Selected candidate is expected to commit a minimum of 2 years in the position.
