The Alpine Development Bank Limited (ALPINE) was established in 18th day of Ashwin, 2064 (October 5,2007) as 'B' categorized development bank licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank (the central bank of Nepal) .

The ALPINE has been promoted by a group of experienced banker, successful businessmen and prominent academic scholars. The ALPINE has started its banking service from Makwanpur District, the central region of Nepal with target to expand quickly its networking in neighbor district Kavrepalanchok and Chitwan district as it's first milestone. Now, Alpine has 12 Branches and 5 extension counters.

Educational Qualification:

- Should have completed Masters or similar degree or,

- C.A intermediate with completion of Articleship training period.

Job Specifications:

- Should have 2 years or more experience in Bank or FI

- Knowledge in Pumori Banking software

- Good negotiation and problem solving skill

- Ability to make effective decision

- Self motivated

Job Description:

- Determine the Demand for Products and services offered by the bank and Identify the Potential customers.

- Conduct regular independent evaluation of Bank’s Policies, Process and systems related to operational risk

- Overall evaluation of business growth profitability and operational risk of all branches.

- Formulating Strategic and long – term Business plan

- Preparing Annual Budget
