Professional Development and Research Center (PDRC) is non-profit social organization working exclusively in the field of higher education. Its main objective is to increase access of Dalit youths to quality higher education. They're further equipped with the skills and competencies to improve their employability in the competitive job market.
PDRC is collaborating with the Feminist Dalit Organization (FEDO) to establish and maintain national level database of educated Dalit youths. Therefore, it is looking for an experienced Human Resource Manager to work as a team leader for a soon-to-be developed database.
