Job Description:
- Deal directly with customer either by telephone, electronically or face to face
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquires
- Process orders, forms, applications and requests
- Maintain customers databases
- Follow up customer interaction and provide feedback

Educational Qualification:
- CTEVT/ BE Computer/ BSCIT/BE Electronic and Communication is preferred.
