Job Vacancy - Action contre la Faim

Action Contre la Faim (ACF) is an international non-governmental organisation working in 42 countries around the world. ACF-Nepal is seeking qualified Nepali citizens for the following position.

Job Position: Administrative Assistant
Type: Full time

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Objective 1 :

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls and arrange conference calls as and when required;
- Take part in the practical organisation of training (schedules, organisation of travels);
- Arrange tickets for domestic and international flights;
- Schedule interviews, organize recruitment tests;
- Prepare minutes of the meeting.

Objective 2:

- Check and facilitate for reimbursement of medical expenses;
- Check invoices (format, purchase voucher validity) and facilitate for payments ;
- Codify the invoices and apply them to the corresponding budget;
- Deposit monthly tax to the tax office and collect and file tax receipts

Objective 3:

- Support logistics department as and when requested;
- Serve as a resource person to fix IT problems in the mission;
- Provide support to any other activities as and whenever required.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- 10+2 level in Management
- At least 2 years experience in a similar position with excellent IT skills
- Good level of professionalism, flexible and committed to teamwork
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Nepali
- Good interpersonal and sense of confidentiality
